HOW TO GET HERE
Fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)
55 miles and roughly 1 hour by car from Sundance Mountain Resort
Uber and Lyft both service SLC, and all car rentals are readily available as well.
WHERE TO STAY
Sundance Mountain Resort currently offers three ways to stay on-property:
The Inn, Cottages, or Mountain Homes. By Summer 2027, you will also be able to book new Village Townhomes.
All options are eligible for discounted rates through our wedding room block.

Things to Do
Nestled in Provo Canyon at the base of Mount Timpanogos, Sundance has something for everyone. Founded by Robert Redford as a haven for art, nature, and creativity, the resort has grown into one of Utah's most celebrated luxurious retreats all while keeping alive the original spirit of the American West.

INDOORS
Enjoy some down time at the Spa at Sundance, visit the Art Studio, take a silversmithing or soap making class, browse the resort's galleries and shops, or head down to Provo to explore its boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.
OUTDOORS
Hike up to the canyon waterfalls, hop on a mountain bike, cast a line in the Provo River, horseback ride through the forest, or enjoy a zipline adventure through the alpine treetops.
EVENINGS
Catch a show at the outdoor amphitheater, enjoy live music at the Owl Bar, or listen to the Bluebird Cafe Concert Series, a storytelling-and-song series done in partnership with the iconic Nashville venue.
A Note About Altitude
Sundance Mountain Resort sits at approximately 8,000 feet above sea level, so the altitude may be noticeable for guests traveling from lower elevations. If you’re coming from sea level or another lower-elevation area, give yourself some time to acclimate, stay hydrated, and take it easy if you’re feeling the effects of the altitude.
